Cecilia Tamayo, A.S. RBT
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN​
With energy and charisma Cecilia works diligently to promote meaningful and functional changes in her clients' lives.  Cecilia graduated from Woodland Community College with an Associate in Science in Early  Childhood Education.  She boasts over twelve years experience working in the classroom setting conducting ABA therapy with children on the Autism Spectrum.  At Behavior Resources, she is a Registered Behavior Technician working in the home environment.


Gina Campos, RBT
BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT​
At Behavior Resources, Gina is known for her patience and persistence.  With her savvy and care she works diligently to identify motivators in order to ensure her clients progress towards their goals and objectives. She has over five years experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum in both the school and home environments.  Gina is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree and is passionate about continuing her knowledge in  the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. 


Krystal Rivera, B.A. RBT
PROGRAM COORDINATOR ​
Krystal started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013 as a Behavior Tutor.  Soon thereafter she  was promoted to a Lead Behavior Tutor and subsequently a Behavior Consultant.  Krystal has experience working with both children and adolescences and is passionate about teaching her client's parents the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.  At Behavior Resources, Krystal oversees the Administrative processes and provides direct care to patients as a Behavior Consultant.

​Yessi Becerra, B.S. RBT

BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT
Yessi graduated from the University of California, Davis with a major in Human Development and a minor in Psychology.  Yessi is a quick learner and is a natural with children.  She easily develops a rapport with her clients and their families and is passionate about giving back to her community.  Yessi has aspirations to return to school to earn her masters degree focusing her coursework in Human Development and Human Behavior. 


Delfina Hernandez, RBT
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN​
As a Behavior Technician at Behavior Resources Delfina provides home and community based services to children on the Autism Spectrum.  Delfina's enthusiasm for behavior change and drive to help others is contagious.  She is an integral member of the Behavior Resources Team.  Currently, Delfina is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.

CARALEE HICKEY, M.A. BCBA
BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Caralee has devoted over eighteen years worked in the field of Behavior Analysis.  With experience in a variety of settings, she has a dynamic approach to helping others achieve independence in their everyday lives.  Caralee is passionate about the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and working with families to develop their independence working through challenging behavior.  Caralee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis.  At Behavior Resources Caralee overseas the Clinical processes.


Joey Harrington, M.A. BCBA
​DIRECTOR, BEHAVIOR ANALYST
​​​Joey has dedicated the last seventeen years to teaching families the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.  Joey started Behavior Resources because she is passionate about sharing her knowledge to successfully intervene upon challenging behaviors and promote new replacement behaviors.  Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a Master's degree in Human Behavior and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
